After a very exhaustive week I realized one thing, I miss photography… Do you know a perfect way to de-stress yourself? Take lots n lots of pictures of chocolates and sweets... It works all the time….:) Its therapeutic and a perfect win-win solution !!!
We bought a pack of dark chocolate sometime back. After eating few pieces we both realized, we are not enjoying eating it. The bitterness was too much to handle...That’s when I remembered about this recipe from Nigella Lawson. Last year I made the same with milk chocolate. But after having this version, I felt way more drama in my mouth ... Definitely a huge step up from the boring milk chocolate version.
Okii I did a little tweaking to the recipe. In addition to one Can of Condensed Milk, I dumped about 3/4th of a cup Sugar to reduce the bitterness of the dark chocolate I used. Again instead of adding salt I used slightly salted pistachios. It was a match made in heaven....
This is quick dessert, which can be made in no time. No baking. Just little melting, little stirring and little refrigeration.... Chocolate Pistachio Fudge is ready...
