What is more refreshing than a glass of fresh juice right out of refrigerator....As the summer is heating up...it is also drying up the water system of my body...Despite drinking up numerous glasses of water my thirst is always at its summit....
The box of clementines we bought came as a delightful retreat for my worn brain with the exam and the paper submission at University. I really needed this color therapy....!!! Bright Orange Clementines !!!
I made squash but without adding any citric acid or any preservatives...Now I have one week worth of juice in my refrigerator....
These clementines were really sweet, adding sugar would be really extravagant...But the sweet tooth in me did make me add some sugar.
These clementines were really sweet, adding sugar would be really extravagant...But the sweet tooth in me did make me add some sugar.
This is not any complicated preparation nor is this anything exotic....just followed some basic rules...
- Wash, clean and dry all the utensils.
- Squeeze all the clementines. Not a single drop of water should be added.
- Prepare sugar syrup by boiling equal amount of water and sugar, stirring till the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
- Combine the squeezed clementines and sugar syrup.
- Pour it in to a clean and dry bottle and refrigerate it.
- To drink, pour half glass of juice mixed with half glass of cold water.
Perfect cooler for summer..Nice presentation dear.
